In the excitement of Bradley Beal’s game winner against the Spurs on Wednesday, Wizards rookie Kelly Oubre got a little carried away in his celebration.  Unfortunately for him the cameras picked it up on the telecast, and today the league reportedly fined him $15,000.  With the Wizards loaded at the wing position Oubre has only managed 1 minute in his young career, and is currently a member of the NBA’s version of Club Trillion.
